- Your name, email, BVN/NIN, and verification selfie photo
- Saved beneficiaries
- Your access to the Cool Data app with this account
Your phone number and transaction/financial records are
retained for the period required by Nigerian financial-services
regulations, even after your account is deleted -- this is a
legal obligation on our part, not a choice.
Requests are reviewed by our team rather than actioned instantly, so we can verify the request and settle any pending transactions first. You'll get a confirmation email once it's processed.
